孟凡：哥本哈根皮草在2006年与清华美院这所国内顶尖院校建立了合作关系，这样的合作的业内尚属首次，您当时的出发点是什么？
托本：皮草融入时尚这一点至关重要，消费者购买皮草服饰并不只是为了保暖，而且还因为皮草具有现代和时尚的效果。因此，最为重要的就是未来的设计师应当学会使用皮草面料，这样才能够使皮草在未来拥有一席之地。我们和清华美院的合作进展十分顺利，目前我们已经和15所国际院校建立了合作关系。
It is extremely important that fur is part of fashion. Consumers do not buy fur only to keep warm. They buy fur because it is modern and smart. Therefore, it is extremely important that future designers learn to work with fur so that also in the future, there is a market for fur. The collaboration with Tsinghua University has been so good that today we have collaborations with 15 international universities.
