Since 2 years ago, Kopenhagen Fur has entered into strategic cooperation with the leader of fashion service and supply chain solution of consumer goods - Shangtex. The cooperation in the planned logistic and fashion area has achieved substantial progress, and exciting new potentials have also been explored along the way.

两年前，哥本哈根皮草与时尚产业和消费品供应链的领导者上海纺织建立了战略合作关系。双方的合作在物流和时尚领域取得了累累硕果，同时激动人心的新潜力也正在开发。

With the new year coming, Shangtex and Kopenhagen Fur will set an even more focused strategy to optimize our positive development path based on upgraded competences and resources from both sides. Therefore, after in-depth reviewing, discussion and planning, Kopenhagen Fur and Shangtex decided to focus primarily on cooperation in the arena of fashion development and brand cooperation, as well as trade facilitation from a global perspective for the time ahead.

在新的一年来临之际，上海纺织集团和哥本哈根皮草决定以双方的优势和资源为基础，把战略重心更多放在发展态势良好的业务方面。经过审慎的回顾、探讨和计划后，双方决定未来的合作将主要围绕全球化角度下的时尚发展、品牌合作和贸易便利化。

With the new focus in place, Kopenhagen Fur have decided to exit from the operation of Shanghai Cold Storage and transfer the management and operation of the bonded cold-storage service in Shanghai to Shangtex as from today and believe Shangtex will further streamline custom clearance and facilitate financing service. Shangtex will act as Kopenhagen Fur’s preferred import trading agent for skins moving into major destinations in mainland China.

随着新目标的确定，哥本哈根皮草已决定从即日起将上海保税冷库服务的管理和运作移交给上海纺织集团，并相信上海纺织集团将会进一步专注于优化报关服务及促进金融方面的服务。上海纺织将作为哥本哈根皮草在中国大陆地区的优选进口代理商，负责将皮张运送到国内各个主要区域。
