哥本哈根皮草2016年9月拍卖会优惠条款

The normal terms apply at the September auction 2016.

2016年9月拍卖会依然沿用常规销售条款。

By due date

起息日之前

The due date (prompt day) for payment ofthe purchase price shall be the 21st day after the last day of the auction and all liabilities of the purchaser shall be fulfilled as of the close of business on due date.

货款的起息日为拍卖会结束后的第21天，买方需要在此之前履行所有的责任。

Prompt day of the September auction 2016 is Thursday, 6 October 2016.

2016年9月拍卖会的起息日为10月6日星期四。

If Kopenhagen Fur has not received full payment by prompt day, a 25% deposit on outstanding goods must be paid by prompt day at the latest. With 25% deposit paid, interest will be charged according to our current interest-rates, at present 8.5% p.a.

如果哥本哈根皮草没有在起息日之前收到全部货款，买方至少需要支付全部货款的25%作为押金。在支付25%的押金基础上，所欠货款的利息将按照年利率8.5%的现行标准收取。

After Prompt day, storage charge amounts to 0.05 DKK per day per skin in Kopenhagen Fur's warehouse in Glostrup, Denmark,and 0.02 DKK per day per skin in Kopenhagen Fur's cold storages in China/Hong Kong.

起息日之后，哥本哈根皮草总部的冷库将按照每张皮每天收取0.05丹麦克朗的标准执行，位于中国大陆和香港的冷库将按照每张皮每天收取0.02丹麦克朗的标准执行。

Skins moved before Prompt day (6 October 2016) to one of our bonded warehouses in China/Hong Kong are free of storage for 3 months.

在起息日即2016年10月6日之前，如果货物运输至我们在中国大陆和香港的保税仓库，将免除3个月的仓储费用。

Furthermore, we are pleased to present the following initiative.

Purchase of skins intended for deep-freeze

购买皮张需要冷冻的仓储

We are interested in making more storage capacity available in our warehouse.

Therefore, under the condition that minimum 35% deposit is paid and the skins are transferred to our deep-freeze storage we offer you an interest-free period until 20 October 2016. After the interest-free period, the interest-rate is 3.5%. We reserve the right to change this interest-rate in accordance with the fluctuations in the market.

我们愿意在现有的冷冻库中为您提供更多的仓储空间。因此，在满足最少支付35%的货物定金和将货物运送至我们指定冷冻库的条件下，我们提供免息优惠期至2016年10月20日。免息期结束后执行3.5%的年利率标准。鉴于市场形势不断发生变化，我方保留对年利率进行更改的权利。

When you take delivery of these skins you will be charged with 10.00DKK per skin.

当您提取这些皮张时，我们每张皮将收取10.00丹麦克朗的费用。

If you offer the skins for resale, no resale fee will be charged for skins sold. If unsold, a resale fee of 3.50 DKK per skin will be charged.

如果您需要把这些皮张重新拍卖，我们对售出的皮张将不收取二次拍卖费用。若没有售出，我们将收取每张皮3.50丹麦克朗的二次拍卖费。

冷冻仓库使用须知

生皮无法长期在冷库中进行贮藏，这样会存在质量退化的危险。当皮张需要送往冷冻仓库进行储藏时，需要满足下列条件：

至少需要支付送往冷冻仓库贮藏的皮张总金额的35%作为定金

剩余未支付的款项将按照我方规定的现行利率收取利息

往来冷冻仓库的运输费用

以下费用为一次性收取：每张貂皮收取1.25 丹麦克朗

每年都需缴纳冷冻仓库仓储费用

仓储费用为：每张貂皮每月收取0.25 丹麦克朗（合计3 丹麦克朗每年）

以上费率以每一个卖季开始时制定的为准。

冷冻仓库的费用收取周期为每年11 月1 日至来年10 月31 日，因此需要提前一年支付费用，每年11 月1 日出具发票。当皮张从冷冻仓库提取出来时，我方将从已经收取的该年度仓储费用中按照整月进行计算， 开具发票将其他已缴纳的剩余月份的仓储费进行退还。

皮张的提取只能通过开具发票来办理，必须在提货之前至少提前两个星期进行通知。

哥本哈根皮草如需对仓储安排作出调整，会提前一个月发出通知。

Transfer to deep-freeze storage

Raw skins cannot be kept at cold storage ona long-term basis without the risk of deterioration.

When transferring the skins to ourdeep-freeze storage the following costs and conditions will apply:

Minimum 35% deposit must be paid on the skins you wish to transfer to deepfreeze storage

Accrued interest will be charged on the balance according to our current interest rates.

Transfer to/from deep-freeze storage

The rates of the one-off payments are the following:

Mink skins DKK 1.25

Annual deep-freeze storage fee per month

The deep-freeze fee amounts to:

Mink skins DKK 0.25 (i.e. DKK 3.00 a year)

The rates are valid per skin for each commenced season.

The deep-freeze storage is charged for the period from 1 November until 31 October, hereinafter for one year in advance and to be invoiced every 1 November. When skins are withdrawn from the deep-freeze storage we shall issue a credit note to return the fee for the number of whole months during which you did not use the facility.

Withdrawal of skins from deep-freeze storage can be made on an invoice basis only. Notice must be given at least two weeks before withdrawal.

Deep-freeze storage arrangements may bealtered by Kopenhagen Fur at one month’s notice.
